What are your delivery times?

SHIP METHODS

We offer free shipping on all orders over $25 in the U.S.

We have the following shipping options available in the U.S.

Economy - Delivery in 5 to 8 Business Days via UPS or USPS
Ground - Delivery in 4 to 6 Business Days via UPS
Express - Order by Noon EST. Delivery in 2 to 3 Business Days via UPS
Priority - Order by Noon EST. Delivery in 1 to 2 Business Days via UPS

If shipping to a P.O. Box or APO/FPO address, you must select Economy.

How much will shipping cost?

This will vary based on your address.

Can you provide worldwide shipping?

Not at this time. Currently only shipping to the USA.

How can I cancel my order?

We are usually unable to change or cancel an order after you've placed it.

It is possible that your order may be cancelled during high volume periods due to inventory selling out. If your order is cancelled, all charges will be automatically refunded. We recommend trying to place your order again or signing up for our waitlist for the sold out item.

How do I care for my product?

Store at room temperature. No refrigeration required.

To help with the hydration of each wipe towelette, store your products upside down. This will help keep the formula evenly distributed to every wipe in the pack.

Can I use your products if I am pregnant or breastfeeding?

We only use the highest quality ingredients, but we encourage anyone who is pregnant or nursing to consult with their primary healthcare provider for use direction.

When do GoWipe's Expire?

After opening, you’ve got about 2 years to yourself with any GoWipe product that’s stored properly.

Reminder: That means out of direct heat and sealed when not in use. If you do this, you’re set.

Storage in fridge NOT freezer, or cosmetic fridge is fine.

Are your products vegan?

Everything is vegan, except the Face Lift wipes . They do contain organic manuka honey.

Otherwise, we operate free of any animal-sourced ingredients or byproducts in an effort to care for you.

Do we test our products on animals?

No way! We love our furry friends!

Does GoWipe use nuts in its products?

So far, only one of our products contain traces of nuts, our Face Lift wipes which has organic coconut oil in it.
